    ATTRACTIONS

    Gardaland Amusement Park

    Villa Adriana Bardolino is close to Gardaland, the largest amusement park in Italy. It takes about 25 minutes by car to reach Gardaland. It’s the ideal place to spend a fun, exciting day with your family and friends!

    Natura Viva Zoological park

    Animals and nature lovers can find an amazing zoological park in Pastrengo, just 25 minutes by car from Villa Adriana. Natura Viva’s park is a well known centre for environmental and ecological studies and cooperates worldwide with many wildlife associations to protect several animals from the brink of extinction. Within the park facilities there is also an area where the animals are free in open spaces, and you can visit following a path from within your own car. Just like a real Safari!

    Sigurtà Garden park

    An amazing botanical garden located in Valeggio sul Mincio, 60’000 squared meters wide and hosts a huge variety of plants and flowers, ponds and a maze. There are often organized musical festivals and various themed events.

    “Villa dei Cedri” ‘s Thermal park

    A 13,000 square meters wide thermal park with small lakes, pools and whirlpools heated by two, deep natural hot-water springs. Colà thermal water has anti-inflammatory effects thanks to the alkalinity given by the presence of bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium and silica salts.

    Kite surfing, stand up paddling (SUP), paragliding, boat sailing, trekking, rock climbing, canyoning, rowing, rafting, cycling, golfing …and so much more!

    PLACES TO VISIT

    Valpolicella

    Not far from Bardolino, on the hills nearby, it is possible to visit Valpolicella. It is a worldwide famous place not only due to its excellent wine production, but it also hosts one of the main marble carving districts in Italy. While visiting its unique villages, you can’t ignore the amazing vineyards and you can’t miss out on booking a tasting tour in one of the many historical wine cellars in the area.

    Verona

    Verona is the main city of the province and it is just 30 minutes drive from Villa Adriana.

    Verona needs no introduction because it’s famous worldwide both for being the setting of Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” and for it’s history. This is mainly linked to roman and medieval times which left us with great, majestic monuments, making Verona a true open air museum.

    The Arena and the beautiful Teatro Romano upon the river’s bank have been hosting extraordinary theatre plays, ballets, and any kind of music performance dating back to a thousand years ago, and they are still performing today!

    Busatte-Tempesta walk

    Gorgeous panoramic pathway of about 2 hours, with a terrific view of Lake Garda. In Busatte (Torbole) there’s also a restaurant and an adventure park. Not recommended for strollers because at some points the route has stairs. No special equipment is needed.

    Monte Baldo

    One of the nearest places for hiking, you can reach the top by foot through many different pathways or via a comfortable cableway leaving from Malcesine.

    Sirmione

    Lovely small town built on a narrow peninsula which splits into two in the southern part of Garda Lake. Sirmione is also a famous thermal site.

    Gardone Riviera - Vittoriale

    Magnificent property with gardens, squares, streets, waterways and buildings developed from 1921 to 1938 by the soldier-poet Gabriele D’Annunzio, designed by the architect Giancarlo Maroni. It is on the side of the Garda Lake and was erected in memory of the unique life of the poet and the Italian deeds during World War I.
