This brand new location is the result of the reconstruction of our old, lakeside family house into a modern and welcoming residence.
Here at the family-managed Villa Adriana, the welcoming attitude of our staff and the comfort of our apartments will make you feel right at home. Our priority is for our guests to have a special and relaxing stay whilst they experience the beautiful areas around us.

The Apartments
Villa Adriana – Bardolino holiday house offers to its guests 11 apartments all recently renovated with home automation solutions and modernly furnished and equipped.
Among the 11 apartments available for your vacations, 9 can host up to a maximum of 4 people and the other 2 up to a maximum of 6 people. Two of those latter ones, located on the ground floor facing the lake, are also equipped with toilets suitable for disabled people.
Extra cots and high chairs for babies can be provided upon request, subject to availability. In case of actual need it’s better to report this directly while booking. If needed, upon request to the reception during staff working time, it’s possible to use residence’s washing machine and dryer.

Villa Adriana is located in Bardolino, just 9 km (5.6 mi) away from Affi, where the closest highway exit is (on Brennero-Modena, A22). We are located 13 km from the Peschiera del Garda Highway exit (on Milano-Venezia, A4).
Our property has the gift of being in a very special position, barely 20 metres from the lake shore, just across the coast road between Lazise and Bardolino city center, in the small village named Cisano.
